BOCA RATON, FL – Three were injured, and one was killed in a four-vehicle collision Saturday, Local 10 reported.
For reasons unclear, the driver of a 2006 Audi station wagon crashed into a Honda Civic at the intersection of North Dixie Highway and West Palmetto Park Road.
The impact caused the Honda Civic to collide with two other cars, creating a domino effect.
One passenger from the Civic was thrown from the vehicle. That occupant – an unidentified 28-year-old man – gave in to fatal injuries.
The Audi driver was identified as Duane Williamson. He, along with two other occupants from the Civic – the driver and another passenger – was hurt.
The Civic driver was taken to Delray Medical Center, while the Civic passenger was hospitalized at West Boca Medical Center.
