News: 3 hurt after getting hit by SUV with no driver in North Miami

NORTH MIAMI, FL – One adult and two children were hospitalized after a white Infiniti rolled backward and crashed into them.

The incident occurred at Northeast Sixth Avenue, according to WSVN. It is unclear what led the vehicle (which contained no driver) to hit the occupants.

The impact led the children to get trapped under the SUV. Bystanders offered aid.

Upon seeing the hit occupants, the SUV driver – an unidentified man in a red shirt – quickly ran out of the restaurant he was at, opened the driver’s side, and pulled forward.

All victims were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital and are currently in stable condition and are expected to survive.
