MIAMI, FL – Two Miami Police officers were hospitalized, and a box truck driver died after a crash Friday.
The collision took place in the area of Northwest 28th Ave. and 25th St., according to WSVN. It is unclear how the box truck collided with the police cruiser.
Footage from the source showed that the impact of Friday’s crash caused a box truck to land on top of a dark-colored sedan.
Debris from the box truck spilled onto a yard. The officers and box truck driver were all transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
The officers are expected to survive; however, the box truck driver gave in to deadly injuries.
