OPA-LOCKA, FL – A driver was airlifted to a hospital after he collided with an 18-wheeler Friday.
The crash happened near the Palmetto Expressway on Northwest 27th Ave., CBS Miami revealed. The impact of the collision caused the driver of the passenger car to become trapped inside his vehicle.
Officials said half of the car got stuck under the tractor-trailer.
